1. Payment: We require 100% advance on Pre-Order to fully reserve your item. However, you can still place your order on Cash on Delivery, but, priority will be given to those who have paid fully in advance as we have very limited quantity.
2. Estimated Date of Arrival: Our suppliers are generally very good on their delivery estimates however on occasion deliveries can take longer than we expect. However, We will ship out all the parcels within 15 days from the date of the order received.
3. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold and the "pre-order" cannot be canceled. Please ensure when placing a pre-order that you are happy and able to complete the order when the item arrives in stock. Once you have paid for and received the item our normal return policy applies (7 days for exchange and return)
5. If for any reason the item you ordered does not arrive with us within a reasonable amount of time we will refund your deposit in full.
6. The item price is confirmed when you make the pre-order, no changes (up or down) in price will be made. However, the prices will revert to the original prices after the Pre-Orders end.
